Project Manager

Qualification:

• Possess at least a Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in property development
• Computer literate
• Able to work independently and possess good communication skills

Estate Manager

Qualification:

• Able to control all phases and aspect of estate works, including manpower, agricultural practices, FFB production, budgeting accounts, stores, office procedures and management of cost of production.
• Minimum 5-10 years working experience in plantation as Assistant Estate Manager.
• Degree/ Diploma in Agricultural Science / Forestry / Plantation Management or any related disciplines.
• Good communication and leadership skills.

Sales & Marketing Executive

Qualification:

• Possess at least a Degree / Diploma
• Minimum 1-2 years working experience in property development
• Able to converse and write in English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Ability to converse in Mandarin and Chinese dialects are advantageous
• Computer literate and must be able to work during weekends and public holidays
• Those without qualification but related working experience are also encouraged to apply.

Quantity Surveyor

Qualification:

• Possess at least a Diploma in Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience
• Able to work independently and possess good communication skills
